REcreate Property Management (“REcreate PM”) was founded by two highly experienced real estate professionals who have spent 20 years acquiring dated, worn out properties and recreating them as something new. Over the course of their careers, our founders have acquired, renovated, and operated over 4 million square feet of residential, office, retail, and hospitality assets throughout the Central Coast and Southern California.

REcreate PM provides property management and development services for a portfolio of multi-family and commercial real estate assets held by a select group of investors. Our portfolio is managed with one goal in mind: we seek to create long term value, not short-term profits. REcreate PM only works on behalf of partnerships that share our values.

We do not create value by financial engineering, but by disciplined operations. We understand how to build efficiently, how to lease quickly, and how to manage effectively. Our designs and renovations are tailored to each specific market and our capital improvements are evaluated for their ROI.
